The Syracuse University’s School of Information Studies (iSchool) Project Management: A Hybrid Approach online short course teaches you how to apply hybrid project management methods effectively, analyze challenges, and develop innovative solutions to address specific contexts. You’ll develop strategic integration practices, communication skills, and risk management techniques to ensure operational readiness. By combining predictive and adaptive methods, you’ll be able to capitalize on the strengths of each approach. Under the guidance of seasoned experts, you’ll hone their project management skills and leave with an actionable plan to promote organizational agility.

Gain advanced strategic project management skills and earn an official certificate of participation from Syracuse University’s School of Information Studies.
Assessment is continuous and based on a series of practical assignments completed online. In order to be issued with a certificate, you’ll need to meet the requirements outlined in the course handbook. The handbook will be made available to you as soon as you begin the course.

You can pay your course fees before the course starts, or you may opt for a split payment plan on courses that are nine weeks and shorter. For courses 10 weeks and longer, there is a three-part payment plan available.
